My laboratory is currently doing research related to the following four funded projects： A. Research and Development on High-performance Silicon-based Porous Anode for Lithium Ion Battery. NSTC, Taiwan B. Research on large-area crystalline diamond wafers and hybrid diamond-compound-semiconductor wafers – KINIK, Inc., Taiwan. C. Feasibility study of diamond as a thermal conductor for GaN power devices. Win Semiconductor, Taiwan. D. BEOL compatible diamond process for thermal and mechanical management. TSMC, Taiwan.
